Medical Work - Cleft Palate Children
"He hears the prayers of the oppressed."
We provide requested medical help to hospitalized children.
Currently our big focus is helping 25 orphaned children with cleft palates receive the necessary surgeries and orthodontic work. We have a full-time dentist employed who is responsible for taking all the children to their dental appointments and surgeries (in a nearby city) as well as arranging for Christians to visit them with foods and love while they are hospitalized. Many of these children have become Christians and have been praying several years for their surgeries to take place.
Ira, our wonderful, full-time dentist, coordinates the orthodontic and surgical appointments and personally takes the children to all appointments. |
OLGA'S STORY
Olga is now at a university
studying the Ukrainian language. Her goal is to return to Internot 2
(where she grew up) as a teacher with a heart of compassion for orphans,
making a difference in their lives.
