Organize a Shoe Drive
"If you give unto the least of these, you give unto Me."
Shoes are a great and constant need for the children.
They walk
everywhere, therefore wearing them out quickly. It is not uncommon to
see them in tennis shoes that have the whole top in shreds or only half
the soles. We buy sport shoes there and also try and send GOOD
USED
SPORT SHOES from the U.S. as the quality of U.S. shoes is better. Even if
they have been worn in U.S., they last longer.
Maybe your church or school would like to have a shoe
drive. If you
live in a cold climate, having a shoe drive for winter shoes would be
great. Of course we will take new shoes also!!!!!
